We are almost to the end of the Fate Core Kickstarter. In case you haven't heard, the final stretch goal is an adaptation of the awesome Dresden Files RPG for the Fate Accelerated Edition. If you haven't backed the Kickstarter yet, you should consider it, because you get an insane value for $10. My contribution is just one part. Evil Hat has been awesome to work with and I hope to get to work with them again soon, hopefully on the other projects the Kickstarter unlocked.
After the jump I include more cut text from the backer draft. The information deals with the Petty Barons of Jupiter and the knights of the Saturnine Senate. If you have any feedback, suggestions, compliments or complaints, leave them here, the Fate Core G+ group, or contact me @robowieland on Twitter.
One practice unique to Jupiter is hostage armour. Losing knights who survive a battle are taken alive and held captive until their lord or house pays a ransom to be returned. The lords of Jupiter extend this practice to armour. Upon signing a treaty, they may send armour to be kept as a sign of the newfound peace between the two moons. The best armour a barony has is usually sent, but sometimes damaged armour is sent either as an insult or as a trick. If anything happens to the armour while in its new home, the treaty is jeopardized.
Thanks to the patron markings on the armour, knights of Saturn are often called "patchwork knights" by those looking for an insult. The implication is their loyalty can be bought or sold, moreso than a knight from another world. The allegiances in the Senate shift quickly. Knights who bonded during a raid on an Emergent base may come to blows when their patrons feud over the salvage rights from the same raid.

Rob, I must say I love these little titbits of your setting. Many of them inspire ideas for scenes the players might be inserted into.
